Back to List>> “Jinling” Recruits Top Hotel Management Graduates in Hong Kong

On March 24, soon-to-graduate students gathered at Comprehensive Hall of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University to attend its annual Recruitment Fair organized by the School of Hotel & Tourism Management. Over 32 hotel groups and travel corporations including Marriot, Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, Shangri-La, Intercontinental, and other prestigious hotel groups headquartered in Hong Kong (Langham, Marco Polo, and Regal) participated in this recruitment event. Jinling Hotels & Resorts appeared as the only domestic hotel group in China, providing competitive training opportunities and job possibilities popular to these soon-to-be graduates. “Jinling” will then select appropriate applicants from hundreds of qualified resumes and applications.

In July of 2009, Frank Hou, President of Jinling Hotels & Resorts visited The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, conducting in-depth discussions on cultivating first-class hotel management personnel, rescruiting top graduates for expanding Jinling member hotels, combining education with industry experience and arranging regular exchange for interacting with high-level scholars while forming a foundation for future training. Jinling Hotels & Resorts and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University signed long term cooperation agreements after reaching mutual consensus for furthing shared benefits in the future.
