The Company has been implementing a social responsibility
system which promotes improvement from “the pursuit of profit maximization to
benefit optimization,” and has been working to ensure a “win-win” situation
among guests, staff, shareholders and the society, in which all interested
parties benefit together. Since the Company’s establishment, it has created
more than 40,000 jobs and paid a total of 0.476 billion RMB in taxes. It has
taken the lead inChina’s
tourism industry to issue the Corporate Social Responsibility Report for
consecutive 5 years; this reflects the Company’s relentless pursuit of harmony
