On April 28, 2010, the management contract was signed for Dongtai Guesthouse in the auditorium of Jiangsu Dongtai Municipal People's Government. Qibiao, Municipal Party Secretary of Dongtai spoke at the official signing ceremony, As development continues to flourish in Dongtai, the arrival of Jinling brand will surely inject new vigor into Dongtai's economic growth.  I believe Dongtai Guesthouse will continue to exemplify the superior service qualities inherent to the Jinling brand, representing a brilliant and impressive symbol for our city.

Dongtai is located in the central coast of Jiangsu Province.  Being one of the earliest coastal regions approved by State Council, it is called the Pearl of the Yellow Sea.  It is ranked on the list of 100 Top Counties for economic achievement for 9 consecutive years.  Developed and constructed according to established 5-star standards, Dongtai Guesthouse encompasses 168 acres, with a building of 30,000 square meters.  There are 177 room/suites, a meeting room (800 square meters), multi-function room, several restaurants with 4 private meeting rooms all estimated to open in 2011.
