Invited by Royal Garden Hotel Hong Kong, Sun Xuewu, Executive Chef of Jinling Hotel Nanjing and 6 Jinling chefs came to Hong Kong to host Jinling Cuisine Festival from July 8^th to 27^th, 2006. Hong Kong Medias wrote several articles focusing on Jinling Cuisine.

 

Situated at Tsim Sha Tsui, Royal Garden Hotel is one of the most famous luxury hotels in Hong Kong. Celebrities frequent this property. For this trip to Hong Kong, Chef Sun displayed classic and specialized Jinling Cuisines having received numerous awards and praise by guests from home and abroad. In Hong Kong, Jinling Cuisines have attracted many people while tantalizing their taste buds. Guo Bingxiang, Chairman of Sun Hung Kai Properties, was especially enticed by Superior Shark's Fin In Silver Carp Soup.

 

Jinling Hotel Nanjing has successfully participated for the eighth time in Jinling Cuisine Festival at Hong Kong, in cooperation with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Hong Kong, The Excelsior Hotel Hong Kong, Grand Hyatt Hotel Hong Kong and Royal Garden Hotel Hong Kong.
