On December 10, the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between Jinling Hotels & Resorts and TVS International for a strategic alliance and partnership was held at The Purple Palace Nanjing.  Expressing confidence and anticipation, both parties jointly announced that they have established a multi-level, multi-lateral and multi-industry cooperative alliance between architectural design companies, hotel management companies and their alliance for becoming the first cross-boundary example in and for China. Based on the memorandum signed by both parties, Jinling Hotels & Resorts will closely cooperate with TVS International on marketing, conceptual design & consultation, research and development, and work closely together to develop and monitor the market that evolves from this cooperative effort.

To further enhance each company's strengths and resources, Jinling continues searching for cross-boundary cooperative partners; TVS International is the first strategic partner in the architectural design industry. Founded in 1968, TVS International is a trend-setter for public architecture design, including airport, Exhibition & Expo center, hotel, resort, retail shop design, and has now became one of the largest architectural design companies in the world.
