On May 8, 2010, The 6th Gold Prize of Round Table Awards Ceremony and China Listed Companies Boards of Directors Summit were lavishly held in Beijing. Based on; efficient operations, superior corporate management skills, excellent standards of internal control systems and extraordinary management performance, Jinling Hotel Corporation was again chosen to be one of the Outstanding Board of Directors.  It also became the only listed tourism company that made this ranking yet again. Zhang Shengxin, Secretary of the Board was elected as being Most Innovative Board Secretary of a Listed Company.
