On August 11, 2005, a ceremony was held in the Training Center of Jinling Holding Limited for the first Jinling Sales Training Program. Mr. Tang, chairman and president of Jinling Holding Limited, Ms. Li Jianwei, chairman of Jinling Hotels and Resorts, Mr. Yu Anping, Dean of Economics and Management College, Mr. Liu Mingliang, Vice Dean of Economics and Management College, Nanjing University of Science and Technology (NUST), managers and executives from training department of Jinling Holdings Limited and Jinling Advanced Marketing Services (JAMS) took part in this ceremony. 
                  
During this ceremony, each of the 11 trainees gave a vivid presentation. Both chairman Tang and dean Yu gave a speech, and then awarded certificate to them.
 
The first Jinling Sales Training Program was organized by Jinling Holdings Limited and Economics and Management College, NUST. The training lasts for 5-month, with the first 2 focusing on marketing theories while the rest on sales practice.
      
The 2-month training by seasoned professors, sales managers and executives from JAMS has given the trainees a good understanding of basic marketing theories. In the next stage, they will begin to work in the member hotels for practices.   
 

Jinling has always encouraged its staff to further themselves in career. The training department of Jinling Holding Limited regularly holds different training programs to make staff more competent and ready for greater challenges.
