On September 16, Mr. Kaye Chon, Dean of School for Hotel & Tourism Management at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University issued “Certificate of Completion” to 29 delegates sent from Jinling; resulting in the 3^rd Jinling Training Delegation completing their studies with acclaim and increased knowledge.

This School of Hotel & Tourism Management held 5 special lectures including: Marketing Management in the Hotel Industry, Personnel Management Policies for High Star-Rated Hotels, The Developmental Tendencies on World Tourism & Hotel Industries, E-Commerce Applications in the Hotel & Tourism Industry and Service Quality Management. Jinling delegates also visited adaptive research hotels for HTM; including prime properties belonging to Regal Hotel International.  Attending delegates enjoyed a thorough discussion on the present influences, dynamics and situation inherent to the hotel industry, including major challenges and methods for elevating brand image and performances affecting managers from different areas. Delegates were delighted to have the chance to talk with hotel managers throughout Hong Kong where they gained increased education, awareness and skills for achieving greater success in their respective areas and comprehensively.
