On September 1 of this year, Mr. Pak from Korea was surprised to find the Superior Room he reserved 3 days earlier was upgraded to a Deluxe Room for free at Jinling Hotel Nanjing.  He also received complimentary flowers and fruits while enjoying a 10 % discount at restaurants in Jinling Hotel Nanjing, all derived from using his Visa credit card. “I never expected such exceptional service and convenience by merely using my Visa card.  What a nice surprise!”  
 
Visa is the world's most highly recognized global financial brand name; this unincorporated and non-profit organization is compromised of over 21,000 financial participants. Designed to extend and expand cardholder’s privileges, the Visa Preferred Merchants program offers discounts for both tangible and intangible goods and services. After extensive marketing research and analysis, Visa selected the top 200 merchants from over 20,000 possible in China to be the first Visa Preferred Merchants. Holding international prestige and influence, Jinling Hotel Nanjing was one of those chosen to be the first Visa Preferred Merchants in both corporate and hospitality in Nanjing.
