Jinling Hotel Corporation Board of Directors Approve Jinling & Tianquanhu Eco-Tourism Project
Jinling Hotel Corporation's 1st general meeting of stockholders in 2010 was held on November 15. This meeting deliberated and consequently passed the proposal for Jinling & Tianquanhu Eco-Tourism Project Investment.
Jinling & Tianquanhu co-tourism area is located in Xuyi County, adjacent to state AAAA-class scenic spot Tieshansi National Forest Park, surrounded by 62 square kilometers of bamboo forests, boundless mountains and 9 square kilometers featuring the naturally clean and clear Tianquan Lake. This ecologically advantageous and optimal natural resources is exceedingly rare, exclusive and increasingly valuable. Organized by Jinling Holdings Ltd. and Xuyi County People's government; it covers an area of over 48 square kilometers. Jinling & Tianquanhu Central Business District project was listed on the Jiangsu Key Projects Investment Plan in 2009 and 2010. Jinling & Tianquanhu Eco-Tourism Project is the first of its kind, being eco-friendly as a natural and visionary development for Jinling & Tianquanhu” Central Business District. This projects is aimed at creating an environmentally sustainable entity, highlighting; a deluxe hotel property, ecotourism considerations, high-tech convention center facilities with a focus on optimizing organic, green programs maximizing health and well-being. A 5-star rated convention center & luxury resort with smart buildings evidenced in elegant apartments, condominiums, private villas, etc. are all expected to begin construction by the end of 2010.
