It takes one day to hold a wedding but it takes months of preparation and planning to have a truly wonderful event. Contact our Wedding Consultant to book facilities and services in advance to ensure a memorable and enjoyable occasion. Here are some guidelines:
At Least 3 Months Before
1、Confirm your wedding date
2、Choose the size and theme of your wedding
3、Select your bridesmaid and best man
4、Make reservations for your honeymoon and check validity of your passports
5、Select the wedding service provider and book your photographer, hair stylist and/or make-up artist, and limousine
6、Take your wedding photo
2 Months Before
1、Select wedding gown and groom's attire
2、Choose attire for bridesmaid and best man
3、Sign agreement with our Wedding Consultant
4、Design personalized wedding invitations and table cards
1 Month Before
1、Select and purchase wedding rings
2、Confirm menu details with our Wedding Consultant and include any special requests(ie. vegetarian food and your choice of wine, etc)
3、Choose Master of Ceremonies and his/her assistants
4、Review bookings and travel arrangements for your honeymoon
5、Arrange facial and massage for the bride
6、Book your wedding candy, cigarette and wine
2 Weeks Before
1、Send out your invitations
2、Review scheduled appointments for photographer, hair stylist and /or make-up artist, and limousine to ensure everything is in order
3、Make sure wedding gown and groom's attire fit properly
4、Confirm with our Wedding Consulttant the number of guests
5、Confirm ceremony details, choice or decorations, table settings, and color preferences for all flowers arrangemants for your guests
6、Confirm seating arrangements with our Wedding Consultant
7、Prepare special envelopes for wedding gratuities
One Day Bofore
Relax and leave everything to the Jinling Hotel Nanjing for your perfect wedding
After the Wedding
If you will be away on your honeymoon,choose someone to handle all outstanding.
Remember To
1、Send wedding candy to those who could not attend the wedding
2、Return borrowed or loaned items as soon as possible |
